Additionally Duties:• Ensure products and/or services needed were in line with appropriate project schedules and budgets by directly negotiating with and overseeing outside contractors.• Perform troubleshooting and repair recommendations for pipeline and storage tank leak detection testing issues.• Prepare technical procedures, reports, records, and notes to document activities.• Travel domestically and internationally for various testing and inspection projects at US DOD facilities.
