Command Training Officer, responsible for the assessment, implementation, and certification of personnel and the unit. Conducted training and instruction in the doctrine, tactics and techniques, and procedures of Defensive Cyber Operations, in order to support the navy Enterprise Network as well as operational commanders in maintaining networks ready to project military power from the sea.

Provided network, media, and malware forensics as well as countermeasure development and implementation to support the Navy-wide Computer Network Defense mission.• Operationalized cyber through development of the Cyber Forensics Guidebook (Countermeasures Guide), Cyber Forensics Playbook as well as divisional Standard Operating procedures to implement new and improved processing of threat data.• Significantly improved RFI processing, cyber threat detection and reporting procedures. • Led military and civilian employees processing Cyber Event Reports, raw sensor alerts and Countermeasures Request Control requests.• Oversaw five major development projects and development of four tools that increased command cyber threat hunting capability.

DESRON 22.Provided ISIC oversight of six ships for command, control, communications, and combat systems while conducting all maintenance and operational transitions. Maintained oversight of events for all ships under authority while transitioning from maintenance phase of ship’s lifecycle through to advanced phases of deployment preparations and while on deployment.

Assistant to the US Navy Liaison to USSTRATCOM and Assistant Battle Watch Officer, directs, plans, administers and supervises US Navy interests in coordination with USSTRATCOM efforts to protect our global enterprise and defend the nation.• Provides guidance and coordinates force protection programs, related exercises, and documentation to ensure consistency in policy, doctrine, and tactics while working in coordination of global events. • Works closely with US Navy Liaison and US Fleet Forces Command to ensure all processes and exercises are coordinated and updated for current procedures. • Maintained departmental web development and coordination through use of SharePoint and database access.
