Over the course of my career pre and at Lockheed Martin, I have been fortunate to build these pi (π)-shaped skills by developing a broad mastery of general management skills atop a few spikes of deep functional domain expertise.With an MBA in Finance, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science Business Admin Double Major in Accounting and Supply Chain, I have the much-needed business and technical capabilities that allow for effectiveness in enabling others to meet the needs of the customer, business, and vendors.I continually seek ways to impact customers by providing valuation analysis and tactfully negotiating pricing with suppliers while balancing company and customer needs. Specifically, I leverage creative and analysis in breaking down complexity and deriving value across the ecosystem of vendors, suppliers, and customers on billion-dollar projects across the complexities of business and government contracting.As a Supply Chain Project Office integrator for F-35 Final Assembly, I manage a true supply chain or as I like to say, I run a small business from macro budget to the aircraft. I wear a few hats in serving a multifaceted group of stakeholders, including: (i) working on new solutions that impact our customers(ii) equipping internal customer-facing teams through synthesizing internal valuation analysis to inform our position on matters such as negotiations(iii) coaching, mentoring, and leading teams(iv) bringing tact and influence in negotiating pricing with suppliers while balancing our needs and those of the customerMy role continues to feed what energizes me about work – balancing business and technical skills to decompose and align product functionality to business needs.
