In this role Todd was responsible for the structural design of many large and interesting projects. Typically Todd was responsible for completing the structural design and leading structural and multi-discipline design teams.

In his role as structural engineer Todd was responsible for the design of a number high residential and commercial developments across London. These ranged from a significant number of heritage restorations and super exclusive renovations to a number of multi-storey greenfield offices and residential buildings.

From an early age Todd was given significant responsibility and therefore led the design of significant industrial buildings including the CUB A-Cellar Building and the DPI Library repository Building. Todd also had significant roles in the telecommunications sectors design of a large number of antenna mounts and transmission tower analysis. Todd was also heavily involved in the power and transmission sectors being responsible for the design of a number of substation upgrades.
