as an IT consultant with a rapidly growing multi-channel marketer of fine collectibles and jewelry. As Senior Analyst/Architect for promotion and marketing services company I led the design and implementation of projects to implement new high-profile Clients. These projects typically involved several hundred hours of customized development that was interlaced or interfaced with core business systems. Normally had 2 -3 large projects in active design or development stages along with several smaller projects. Assigned project work and coached a shared pool of one to four developers. Technical environment was UNIX with Sybase and Oracle, Unidata, Unibase databases, COBOL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Discoverer, and PICK as primary development tools.
