It began when Todd was a child creating the images drawn in his mind with Tinker toys, Lincoln logs, Erector sets and Legos on his parents and grandparents floors. He envisioned buildings and dream homes for families and business teams to call HOME. He was the guy who was the unfocussed late bloomer in his younger years. He grew up after high school and decided while working full time he'd earn the degree of his dreams. He worked hard, took classes full time and studied diligently until earning his bachelors of science degree in architectural engineering. He had great parents, grandparents, family, mentors, leaders, great jobs and sought to create and fulfill his own dreams. While working days at his day job he spent nights remodeling and reselling his first property and he was hooked!Years of dreaming and developing his mind led to Todd seeing property images transform from present to future. Todd feels called to share his vision, follow his dreams and pass along a legacy. He follows a proven system that removes guesswork from finding, buying, remodeling and reselling homes and commercial properties. He's been blessed to travel throughout the world for training, education and to help build schools, universities and medical facilities.Todds businesses rely heavily on families, relatives, friends, acquaintances & marketing for leads they can close.
