RHI Solutions is a multi line rep firm in the Pacific NW, Alaska and Hawaii. We represent all facets of food service equipment in the restaurant, hotel and institution business segments. Within the RHI Family I am primarily responsible for bar design, beer system engineering and all forms of refrigeration including refrigeration racks and walk-ins.

West Coast

In the capacity of Business Administrator, Controller and Manager, my duties included managing the business finances, coordinating IT needs, maintaining government compliance of multiple branches, business analysis and reporting. Duties also included managing a multi-member customer support team using Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet to coordinate efforts and provide customers with excellent service and support.

Maple Valley, Wa

As a District Manager I was in charge of managing a top level national account. Duties included sales, refrigeration design and estimating, customer service and overall account management. Partnered with a great team we successfully navigated the needs of the customer with the powerful qualities of Heatcraft Refrigeration to bring superior service to the industry.

At RHI solutions my years of refrigeration and walk-in experience, combined with a passion for beer, are excellent attributes that allowed me to be uniquely suited for the excellent product lines RHI Solutions represents. It was an honor to be part of a multi-line rep group that is more of a family than coworkers. At RHI Solutions my focus was on Perlick beer/wine delivery and bar systems as well as Thermalrite walk-ins, blast chillers; RDT rack refrigeration and other commercial equipment like Ice-O-Matic ice machines.

Shelton, Wa

In the Construction, Demolition, Excavation industries there are many challenges. Bill McTurnal Enterprises is one of the largest contractors in Mason County as well as doing a tremendous amount of business in the surrounding counties. This company may be diversified, however they are focused enough to be top tier in everything we do. During my tenure business went from an average of 8 to 10 jobs on our board to over 40. Being responsive to customers and having a great team are the prime reasons for this growth and stability. Bill McTurnal Enterprises was truly a great company to work for.

Greater Seattle Area

Primary responsibilities included account development, project design, estimating, field surveys, managed a primary territory. Also coordinated with a variety of industries for complete project management as associated with our products. Worked with local municipalities for permits and construction requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timely completion. Developed long term customer contacts and expanded market share within territory.

Portland, Oregon Area

Utilizing AutoCAD, design and drafted insulated panel systems submittal and shop production drawings. Identified and incorporated methods to reduce cost and waste of material. Coordinated with customers on design changes and revisions throughout life cycle of project. Continuously, and successfully, managed several projects simultaneously. Work well under pressure and able to prioritize projects importance to reduce factory downtime and customer delay’s.

Camp Fuji Japan

Responsible for all facets of recreation facilities management; including staffing, maintenance, budgets and procurement. Conducted training seminars on a variety of topics to meet military requirements. Partnered with external organizations to provide recreation information, entertainment, and athletic facilities. Coordinate sponsored events and advertising for military base entertainment. Reorganized multiple systems to exceed strict military standards.
