• Command, manage, and lead a team of 20 team members, ensuring operational readiness is maintained • Serve as the custodian of $20M of ADF equipment, including six Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats (RHIB) and 10 vehicles and managing associated equipment maintenance and development• Lead advanced courses as Senior Instructor and signatory for participants to be operationally employed at completion of training• Plan and execute highly technical operational activities, engaging key stakeholders across multiple private and government agencies to achieve set goals• Develop and implement detailed risk management plans and implement strategies to streamline functions• Develop and review standard operating procedures to ensure best practice in the workplace• Maintain the capability and achieve organisational goals during COVID-19 restrictions. This includes adapting the team to working from home, ensuring flexibility to staff and navigating on site challenges.
