This position involved psychological assessment, individual psychotherapy, and group psychotherapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings for individuals referred for specialized treatment of dissociative disorders and psychological trauma.This fellowship involved extensive training in the assessment and treatment of individuals with the most severe levels of PTSD and dissociative disorders. I worked on an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and support staff to walk patients back toward health and adaptive functioning.

Accredited Doctoral Internship in Psychology.Position included three rotations:(1) Adult Day Hospital: Involved individual and group psychotherapy, care management, and psychoeducational groups.(2) Child Residential: Involved individual therapy, family therapy, and psychological assessment with children between the ages of 5 and 18 in a residential setting.(3) Adult Inpatient: Involved assessment, brief psychotherapy, and consultation on a general inpatient unit. This rotation also included neuropsychological assessment and consultation. *All three rotations included ongoing outpatient psychotherapy cases.*An elective rotation was completed in anger management via a group therapy setting for court-referred domestic violence offenders.

Half-time position in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science's Mind-Body Health Research Program. Duties included approximately 50% clinical research and 50% behavioral health counseling.Clinical intervention addressed a wide range of difficulties including, but not limited to, psychophysiological disorders, chronic pain, destructive habits, insomnia, somatization disorders, obesity, and addictions.

Half time position involving individual psychotherapy for the Baylor University student population. The position also involved outreach psychoeducational activities and a learning disorders/ADHD assessment clinic.

Half time position involving comprehensive psychological assessment of juvenile delinquents with suspected intellectual disability in a residential state facility for children with developmental disabilities.The position also involved individual counseling with children and adolescents.
