National Builder Manager
CurrentWork Closely with Builder Channel, Channel and Product Marketing, Finance, and Builders, to develop, implement, and manage builder programs to retain and grow New Construction market share for US Locks. Develops long term profitable strategies that anticipate and meet the needs of all builders. Develops builder data base and training programs for Builder Channel. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Direct ownership of Headquarters purchasing processes and relationship for National and Multi-Regional Single Family Top 100 Builders. • Develop creative, profitable sales agreements for National and Multi-Regional Builders for US Lock brands.• Develop and communicates National and Multi-Regional Single Family Builder programs to the Field.• Manage entire conversion process of new business including P&L management, pricing, and implementation of programming.• Develop and maintains influential relationships with key decision makers of top National and Multi-Regional Single Family Top 100 Builders.• Coordinate, track, and control new construction quote activity for top National/Multi-Regional/MF Builders.• Work with Regional Sales Managers to develop top National and Multi-Regional Single Family targets. • Develop and implements top National and Multi-Regional Single Family show room programs including marketing, displays needs, and training.• Work with Field Territory Managers to manage the conversion process of new Builders and advise on day to day operational needs. • Manage Builder Team that focuses on the Top 101-200 Builder segment.• Work with Marketing and training to develop sales support and training needs specific to all builder conversions. • Identify Regional and National Builder trends and communicates to marketing and Field Sales.• Leadership role in national, regional, and local builder shows
