Todd Soloway serves on Pryor Cashman's Executive Committee, is the Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation Department and heads the firm's Hotel + Hospitality and Real Estate Litigation practices. Lauderdale, Florida and then, after proving Starwood’s breaches of the management contract with the hotel owner/developer, he obtained an additional award of $9 million in attorneys’ fees.• Achieving a significant victory for the owner of the iconic Eden Roc hotel in Miami Beach - and owners of hotels worldwide - by convincing a New York appeals court that the management contract between the parties was terminable as a personal services contract.
