• Successfully implemented 176 program-wide strategies into realistic project deliverables, providing quantifiable metrics through all project stages for first stadium contracted by the 2022 World Cup.
• Implemented a full business plan review for the precinct to realign needs, program areas, leasing, and revenue streams.
• Established an integrated design management process for design team, which simultaneously performed work in London, Barcelona, Berlin, Dubai, and Doha.
• Established the World Cup contractor procurement approach with the secretary general of the 2022 World Cup to ensure both local contractors and international stadium construction experts could join ventures for.
