Heis currently completing hours towards his second certification as an Executive Coach in PositivePsychology, Health and Well-Being through the College of Executive Coaching. He has led K-12school teams and higher education teams through training, as well as retreats around positiveleadership. He has coached executive leaders in the areas of performance and development. Mr.Strom is a scholar with the Urban Superintendents of America. He spends one week each summercollaborating with school leaders from across the nation to positively impact areas of inclusion,equity and diversity in our schools.
