Through time studies and daily schedule control, was able to help reduce the total time for specific installations. Built relationships with supply chain to ensure the proper amount of parts were in each work station at the correct time, to ensure the daily schedule was met.Worked with the Quality department and the individual installers, to help reduce.

Responsible for the daily tasks of 8 employees in Winnipeg and 1 in Erlanger Kentucky to provide warranty support for over 100 customers throughout North America. Restructured the warranty department to ensure staffing support was in place to ensure the proper handling of 15,000 plus warranty claims each year. Streamlined the warranty parts return process.

Responsible for the daily activities of 3 supervisors and 100 unionized employees, to ensure 80% of the bus was built on a 4 hour line move over 2 assembly lines. Ensured that each bus was built to the customer's specifications and quality. Maintained consistency and conformance of the collective bargaining agreement. Was lead for all quality corrective.

Carried out inspections of up to 20 buses per day to ensure each bus was built to New Flyer and customer's specifications. Ensured all interior and exterior fit and finish was to specification, with special attention paid to the paint finish. ACHIEVEMENTSWas selected to be part of the "Buy Canada" team as a final sale and release inspector for 105 buses.

Completed installations on 8 to 10 buses per day of all exterior electrical. Quickly moved to interior electrical, completing the routing of all of the electrical required for each bus.
