As a General Dentist who owns practices in Lander, WY and Dubois, Wyoming, I have practiced cosmetic dentistry, Implant placement and restoration, Oral Conscious Sedation, Root Canal treatment, and routine pediatric and adult Dentistry for several decades. I have found great satisfaction in this work. But even more than that, I have also experienced that this profession allows me to serve others as a volunteer and friend that has given me an even greater satisfaction. As CEO and founder of Southtowne Technologies, increasing the collections and reducing the frustrations of dental practices has been very rewarding. Just as I had found in my own practices and have also found in others, the front office staff have too many irons in the fire. By doing the most labor intensive and frustrating part of their duties for them, which is insurance collections, I have seen that they are more able to focus on direct patient care. This has increased not only the direct financial rewards of the offices we work with but has also allowed their staff to be more "at ease" and friendly at the front desk. This has caused intrinsic growth in these offices as well. I am very happy with Southtowne Technologies ability to enhance the life of a practice.
