I was the project manager and permit writer for the State's statewide biosolids general permit and the contract manager for the statewide programmatic environmental impact report. The job entailed public presentations, board presentations, contract management, and extensive writing and editing, and working with Stakeholders. It also required legal support (Superior Court and Court of Appeals). The permit is still in use today.
