Responsible for providing support for 5 Account Manager's in the Midwest. This includes site visits to promote/sell the MI product line of marking/coding systems, along with scanner/vision systems , and software. I'm also responsible for assessing applications to aid the account managers in presenting solution proposals to customers, as well as assist with installations. Consulting with OEM's is also often critical to ensure MI has a successful integration to various machines such as HFFS, VFFS, Flowrapper's, etc..

I managed the TTO (Thermal Transfer Overprint) product, working closely with sales and integration/OEM's. Responsible for training the sales staff and promoting the product. Structured and conducted training programs for the sales force, and instructed how to properly demo, survey, and present the TTO product line. 68% unit sales growth from 2013-2014. 105% unit sales growth 2015 vs. 2013.

I held multiple positions:Corporate Technical Trainer - I was responsible for training newly hired Field Service Technicians, in preparation for installing and servicing marking and coding equipment. I also maintained all training equipment and inventory, as well as developed the training material. I trained international distributors as well.Help Desk Manager - I managed a staff of up to 10 Help Desk personnel, handling troubleshooting calls and field support. Responsible for all day to day call activity, and hiring/training.Regional Service Manager - I managed 5 Field Service Technicians in the upper Midwest. Was responsible for regional service revenue, inventory control, monitoring all activity of installations, service calls, and customer satisfaction.
