Todd has a range of experience creating and revitalizing brands with international acclaim. During his time with Landor Associates in San Francisco and Hong Kong, Todd helped create and implement brand identity programs for Canadian Airlines, FedEx, John Deere and BP.At the height of the Internet boom, Todd helped manage the creative services department atAltaVista in Palo Alto. His responsibilities included creating internal and external marketing materials, and revitalizing the AltaVista Website.Todd joined Interbrand in 2000 leading design teams in creating and managing brand identity and packaging systems for clients such as Symantec, LexisNexis, Compaq, NASA, Epson, Visa, Wachovia, AT&T, Hyperion, MSR, Java City and Alberto Culver. In his seven years with the San Francisco office, he achieved the role of Executive Creative Director, defining and managing the creative staff and process from strategy and research through design and production.At Johnson & Johnson, Todd was a founding partner in the creation of its Global Strategic Design Office based in New York—building the design function and integrating design thinking into the culture of J&J around the world. Having design responsibility for a third of the global consumer business and the corporate identity of the parent company (Johnson & Johnson), he led internal and external cross-functional teams in the creation and management of brand identity and consumer experiences with the goal of creating a competitive advantage through design.Currently at True Geist and Boombox Gifts, Todd helps organizations of all sizes create meaningful connections with the audiences they value. He believes that design is a catalyst for action that can be used to inspire greatness or to make very practical business decisions. In either case, the result must be beautiful.
