Profit and Loss responsibility through 3 VP/GMs for all three Operating Units (NVISION, Commercial and Industrial) within 95 year old privately held corporation. Functional responsibilities include Sales, Business Development, Category Management, Marketing, Purchasing, Consulting, Customer Service, and Quality (Six Sigma).

Created NVISION, North American's Marketing Supply Chain business focused on helping customers improve their marketing operations. Led the development of the unique NVISION business model that utilizes the proprietary NSIGHT Assessment methodology to identify and drive improvements in service and cost within our customer's marketing supply chains.

Responsible for all Sales and Marketing personnel and activities in North America for $1.2 billion dollar business unit. Organization included 800 field sales personnel, 400 customer service personnel, 8 category specialists, and 5 Marketing Directors/Managers.

Member of Senior Leadership Team tasked with positioning and selling this Medical Device business of parent company Bristol Myers Squibb for maximum value. Sale was ultimately made to Steris.
