I am currently a senior technology program manager at Chelan County Public Utility District (PUD) in Wenatchee, WA which is the 2nd largest public utility in the United States. I am a program manager and project manager for large enterprise systems, including SaaS systems, for asset management, project portfolio management, compliance, and health and safety. I have strong written and communication skills developed through my experiences facilitating collaboration with diverse working groups, presenting information to executive groups, leading documentation of processes and procedures, and gaining agreement organization wide on project priorities. I’m experienced using different tools for agile project management including Atlassian and Azure Dev Ops.

I managed software development projects for business systems, cloud computing, and machine to machine devices. I led projects for ARM based hardware selection, development of custom operating systems including Android, development of mobile apps for client devices, and development of custom Hadoop systems. I managed a project for Seagate Technologies that achieved a Laptop magazine Best of CES 2012 award for the best storage device.I led organizations in the use of lean continuous improvement and agile software development techniques to achieve a return on investment in complex IT projects. I utilized tools such as system dynamics modeling, decision tree analysis, value stream mapping, and UML modeling to aid in problem solving and critical thinking. As a project leader and manager and Sapere, I relied on these tools to build a common understanding of business operations, evaluate process improvements, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.I also successfully managed environmental restoration, waste management, decontamination and decommissioning projects, and electric utility construction projects ranging in value from $5 million to $80 million.
