I joined B&K in August 2001 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager. In September of 2008, I was promoted to the position of National Sales Manager. My Responsibilities included sales, marketing, & training for Domestic US. I managed the B&K rep sales force, interviewing, hiring, firing, and maintaining the relationship with our reps. I also had significant input into initial phases of new product development. During my tenure at B&K, I developed relationships with dozens of rep firms and hundreds of retailers and custom integrators all over the United States.

I joined Sunbelt Associates in 1987. Sunbelt was a powerhouse manufacturers rep firm in the Texas territory. Kenwood was one our key lines. As a manufacturers’ rep for over 14 years, I marketed and sold dozens of CE product lines. These products included home audio & video, many 12 volt products, accessories, and furniture lines. On the home AV side, I represented everything from home audio, multi-room AV, home theater, telephony, security, custom AV / home theater, and even high end theater seating. During my last 2 years at Sunbelt, I held the position of Home products Sales Manager. I exited Sunbelt in August of 2001 to pursue an opportunity at B&K Components.

’83 to ‘87 Highland Superstores Dallas, TX. I began as an audio sales counselor and left as an assistant store manager. I was consistently in the top 5% for sales performance and received “sales person of the month” recognition on a consistent basis. I received consistent promotions within the ranks of the company. I turned down promotions to store manager position to focus on Audio & Home Theater. Eventually, this led to my departure from the company, to pursue my passion for Audio & Video
