I am passionate about whole person healthcare systems, business driven technology, data analysis and strong team culture.I am a management consultant leader working with business process owners at department, division, and enterprise levels. The enterprises that I consult with are heavily reliant on technology to deliver their mission goals while effectively managing billion-dollar operational budgets. I work very closely with my executive clients to design and deliver enabling technology that helps meet today’s operations goals and budgets, while laying an IT foundation to ensure the enterprise’s future vision will be cost-effective reality.

Todd Whitacre works with KPMG’s Global Healthcare Center of Excellence (COE) as the Global Healthcare Sector Executive, the Global Health IT Proposition Executive, and the Regional Executive for the Americas region. As an executive for the Global Health COE, Todd works with developed countries and emerging markets to help set up and optimize their Health IT capabilities and solutions. Before joining KPMG’s Global Healthcare COE in 2017, Todd gained several years of experience within KPMG US’s healthcare practice with a focus on strategic, operational, and IT related healthcare areas. Specialties: Public and Private Healthcare systems, Payor and Provider Strategy and Operations, and Health IT systems and programs.As the Global Healthcare Sector Executive, Todd is responsible for overseeing the sectors across international markets, driving collaboration across common challenges and themes. As the Global Health IT proposition Executive, Todd shares knowledge across KPMG’s +50 member firms, applying experience to produce Health IT related thought leadership, methodology, innovation, go-to-market strategies, sales generation, and local team support.As the Regional Executive for the Global Healthcare COE, Todd provides support to key markets across the Americas, EMA, and AsPac regions, demonstrating an ability to identify, understand and synthesize best practices and leading thinking to export to healthcare systems globally.
