Oversaw all operations of East West Books, a ~2000 square-foot retail bookstore and cafe located at 78 5th Ave, NY along with an adjacent yoga studio space. Primary objective was to improve retail operations, reduce costs, and achieve breakeven.

Led the completion phase of the opening of a 54 unit apartment complex at 6533 Hollywood Blvd. Oversaw construction teams to get final permits and Certificate of Occupancy in 2006. Then led leasing team to fill all 54 units with tenants and prepare the property for sale.
