This is a high dogleg rotary steerable tool that is capable of doglegs up to 15 deg/100 ft in 6", 6-1/8", 8-1/2" and 8-3/4" holes.Reporting to me is a group of senior DD's that are specialized in using the PD Archer tool. Recently we created an OSC to monitor all PD Archer jobs in USL.Involved in all aspects of all PD Archer jobs from planning, training, tool build up, and tool orders to job execution, tool service, post run analysis, and being the designated product center contact.Some of my duties include DD training, creating operating guidelines, assisting engineering, tracking data, actively monitoring every Archer job, creating failure reports, creating management reports, and various other duties.

Maintain an effective relationship with SHTC especially in the areas of new technology development, field tests, technical issues, successes and field feedback meetings.

Lead mechanical engineer for PowerPak motors, working for over 12 months with no direct manager. Maintained the PowerPak Sustaining and PowerPak RR InTouch helpdesks. Guest Instructor at UTC for PowerPak Tech 2 (April 2006) and PowerPak Tech 3 (Sept 2005). Completed Advance Program, final project was a 150 page report titled "The Design History of the PowerPak Motor".
