Develop and execute global brand story messaging and media campaign strategy to ensure all external and internal messages and PR initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as primary contact for media and external agencies. Plan and execute annual corporate meetings, including the International Franchise Conference, all team kick-off meeting, Town Halls, and operations/business meetings. Develop and execute government affairs strategies. Build relationships with federal, state and local authorities, regulatory agency heads and key policymakers to advocate the company’s positions. Manage external Public Relations and Public Affairs agency relationships.

Led a team of 54 professionals supporting the Utility’s key lines of business: Gas Operations, Electric Operations, Nuclear Operations and Power Generation. Managed $7.2 million annual budget to support the company’s Customer Communications, Media Relations, Social Media and Online Communication strategies.
