CurrentProvide strong conceptual and creative direction to deliver innovative design for annual events, print publications, web, video and social media platforms Serve as an expert to senior leadership for design consultationand execution Ability to successfully bring a visual idea from inception to creation through streamlined processes and creative formats Art direct photoshoots working with a variety of photographers, videographers, make-up artists and stylists to create expressive imagery for multi-media platforms Work directly with the Creative Director & designers on a multitude of projects to provide visual guidance, and give feedback to ensure a standard level of qualityapplication and trained staff on how to design for the device; Design photo and vector illustrations; Played an integral role in the redesign and refresh of the magazine and overall brand; Train and manage junior designers; Responsible for the art direction, set creation and lighting of numerous photo shoots, ranging from covers to departments; Research and hire illustrators and photographers; Aided in the building of the set for the television show Our World.
