CurrentI have extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a wide variety of biotechnological, life science, electrical, computer, and materials science arts. I enjoy working closely with clients to explore creative strategies for protecting valuable intellectual property assets in today's ever-changing, and often challenging, legal landscape. I have a thirst for continually learning, which explains the wide technological diversity of my practice.Examples of my experience in the biotechnological and life science arts include drug formulation and delivery, ocular and transdermal drug delivery and delivery devices, genetic engineering and gene expression technologies, stem and iPS cell technologies, biotechnological assays, cellular injection technologies, and the like. My experience in the electrical and computer arts includes computer system architectures, memory materials and media, system integration of various memory technologies, system data control, server platform architecture, network computational systems, emerging memory technologies, optoelectronic devices, CMOS imager technologies, infrared detection, 3D virtualization, and interferometry, to name a few. My experience in the material science arts includes semiconductor fabrication, epitaxial deposition, SOI processing, laser technologies, CMP process technologies, thermal management, diamond coatings, and the like. I have also filed and prosecuted numerous trademark applications, and performed freedom to operate, infringement, and patent invalidity opinion work.
