Bosland Growth is a forestry carbon project developer focused on reforestation of degraded mine land in Appalachia. As President, I lead landowner and partner engagement, carbon market development, business operations, and growth.

Quantified Ventures is a mission-oriented firm that develops and secures capital for programs that address health and environmental challenges. As Managing Director, I led development of conservation finance programs, working with governments and environmental groups. I oversaw the development of Environmental Impact Bonds to finance green infrastructure in several cities, developed partnerships with the US Forest Service to advance recreation initiatives, and launched a forestry carbon development company focusing on mine land restoration in Appalachia. In the early development of the company, I led the development of finance, HR and operational capabilities, helping enable and support growth from 4 to 30+ employees.

Partnered with state and local governments in deploying technology solutions for health and human services programs, traffic systems, water operations, and emergency services.

Served as capture manager and deal coach to teams bidding for large government IT services contracts in North America and Europe. Key contributor to $500m+ contract signings. Led global team of capture management professionals.

Developed strategy for IBM entry into electronic road tolling market; cultivated and managed strategic alliances; and led contract pursuits in Europe and North America. Played leading role on team that secured a contract for IBM to re-develop and operate the London congestion pricing system.

Developed an enterprise-wide transformation program as part of a $1bn+ outsourcing contract between IBM and the UK Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA). Led the DVLA Innovation Center.

Managed operations improvement initiatives for the global PwC Tax practice, including implementation of a UK-wide shared services center. Led global team of change management professionals.

Led large-scale organizational restructuring and technology-enabled change projects at the D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development and U.S. Trademark Office.

Wrote reports for the U.S. Congress recommending improvements in a range of U.S. foreign assistance, defense and nuclear non-proliferation programs.
