Provided technical computer support for 2500(plus) corporate and off-site employees using network, phone and remote desktop access. Corrected connection issues within a TCP/IP environment with customers using wired Ethernet connections, dial up to a RAS and connecting using VPN to a secure remote host. Installed, configured, upgraded and repaired Dell desktop and laptop PC hardware and software in accordance with corporate standards. Supported peripheral hardware such as printers and wireless technologies. Added and managed user access to network domains using Active Directory and group policies.
