Created a web based lending company for financial advisors to submit mortgage leads through a mortgage planning system. This was sold to mortgage.com in 1999.

Launched a financial services company selling insurance, securities, and other financial products in 1991. Converted to a mortgage lender in 1993 and built a lender spanning 7 states as one of the largest private mortgage lenders in NC. Honored as NC Mortgage Lender of the year in 1998, funding over $2B in residential and commercial loans in before a roll up into mortgage.com in 1999.
