A native son of York County, PA, Todd was raised by his hard-working, God-fearing parents and maternal grandparents. For him and his younger brother, Chad, no creek went uncrossed and no car went un-raced. Working beside his grandfather who was a concrete and block mason, Todd developed a love for hard work and craftsmanship. Blessed to be surrounded by people who not only believed in him, but spoke into his life offering insight and challenge, Todd spent his thirties tapping into their collective wisdom – seeing this season of his life as foundational for the seasons to come. Instrumental in starting a church, a business, and a ministry during this time; it was not without its challenges. A failed business nearly cost his family everything, and his mother lost a hard fought battle with a terminal illness.Debt free living and an amazing, understanding wife provided the footing needed to not only survive, but to transform and walk in his true identity. Not willing to allow others to be victims, Todd intentionally provokes change so that others can also maximize their effectiveness. People must be empowered to stop accepting the identity placed on them by their families, friends, or society and to relentlessly pursue that which they were uniquely designed to accomplish.The first person in the traceable history of his family to achieve a degree beyond high school, Todd is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He is married to the most patient lady on the planet, Karen, who no longer permits him to tell her he is just ‘seeking clarification.’ As if life itself wasn’t vibrant enough, God smiled and filled their home with two daughters, Maddie and Lindy, two sons-in-law, and two granddaughters, who are now regularly coloring outside the lines.
