Co-lead for the Global Finance Transformation Program Management Office formed to drive finance operations effectiveness and efficiency by standardizing processes, improving controls, building scale and increasing support across all business lines in 20+ countries. Drivers included business process outsourcing, global process design and standardization, work elimination/re-alignment, automation and ERP simplification to achieve $3 million annual run rate savings. Negotiated Global Business Process Outsourcing Master Services Agreement which included key performance indicators, service levels and governance for 3rd party global outsourcing partner. Oversaw global outsourcing project including contracting, process design/alignment, ramp-up, transition and stabilization of finance service delivery to 4 off-shore locations. Managed key performance indicators, service, staffing levels and robotics projects.  Developed global change management and stakeholder communication plans including presenting at numerous local and international offices. Also assessed organizational readiness related to changes and provided recommendations to mitigate transition risks. Led the first Strategic Sourcing global opportunities assessment. Prepared request for proposal, performed interviews/references and led the methodology to select consulting partners. Developed $2 billion commodity spend cube and transformation plan to achieve $30 million savings including service and technology improvements. Developed successful transition plan to consolidate 10+ European banks to a single partner.

Key member of the Global Finance Transformation strategic team organized to lead, direct and implement initiatives tied to large-scale SAP implementation and deliver enhanced services with targets to achieve annual savings of $50 million across 10 separate initiatives with investment of + $100 million. Also appointed as Global Process Owner for Procure to Pay ("P2P") and Credit and Collections ("C2C") processes covering all business lines. Achieved global P2P cost savings of $6 million annually and 60% FTE reduction in 19 countries. Managed relationships with over a dozen global service providers.-Led the first company-wide Global Finance Benchmark Study in order to determine an initial baseline of the organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness.-Assumed interim leadership role for European Business Services Center located in Amsterdam.-Directed the Finance Process Improvement team to ensure that processes aligned with leading practices and standardized policies.
