Also assessed organizational readiness related to changes and provided recommendations to mitigate transition risks. Led the first Strategic Sourcing global opportunities assessment. Key member of the Global Finance Transformation strategic team organized to lead, direct and implement initiatives tied to large-scale SAP implementation and deliver enhanced services with targets to achieve annual savings of $50 million across 10 separate initiatives with investment of + $100 million. Also appointed as Global Process Owner for Procure to Pay ("P2P") and Credit and Collections ("C2C") processes covering all business lines. Achieved global P2P cost savings of $6 million annually and 60% FTE reduction in 19 countries.
