Along with my daily tasks as Assistant Controller, I:- Led the 2022 audit with their external auditors, Moss Adams. - Implemented a budgeting and forecasting system and led their 2023 budget creation process. - Helped implement new Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) standards per ASC 326. - Instrumental in helping them reduce their monthly financial closing process to five days.- Managed the monthly closing process and creation of accurate financial statements. - Was part of creating the quarterly finance memo that went to the Audit Committee. - Implemented ASC 842 – Lease Accounting. - Performed daily treasury management functions.
