We have a hook which is a mail piece. It’s a straight up pre-qualified offer to purchase. We don’t attach any gifts or gimmicks to the letter, so only buyers respond. We have a whole backend process to support the letter. A phone system, website, and a unique CRM tool to track the entire program.We also have an in-house business development center and what these guys do for you is screen all your customers for income, trade, down payment, co-signer, and what kind of payment they would like for a new vehicle. Then they will set a personal appointment for that customer to come down and visit you personally so that you can sell them a car. It’s a very turn-key program in which we do all the front end work.
