About Todd Blanding, Cfa

I am a commercial real estate private equity investment professional with ~20 years of experience. I have analyzed real estate transactions from multiple perspectives including: real estate debt and equity transactions, recapitalizations of existing assets, investment banking advisory assignments, management of multi-billion dollar portfolios, and private equity capital raising for real estate acquisitions and developments. This experience gives me the ability to underwrite downside risk, understand market liquidity and capital market flows, assess risk management and diversification considerations, identify relative value in investment opportunities and underwrite the key demand drivers which create strong market positions and potential for outsized appreciation. I have invested in multiple real estate asset types across most major markets in the United States and across all risk spectrums (core, core plus, value-add, and opportunistic assets).Ultimately, I enjoy contributing to the success of my teams and driving the performance of real estate portfolio investments.
