I worked for 7 years as a mechanical engineer for the Wisconsin printing company Quad/Graphics, then moved to Brooklyn, pursued a Master's Degree in Industrial Design, and spent 9 years as a senior design engineer with the design consultancy Pensa. Next I worked as a mechanical engineer for Humanscale, helping them develop the world's finest ergonomic office products (and all the cool mechanisms they're comprised of). In 2015 I made the decision to move back home to Wisconsin and become part of the engineering team at Delve where I'm enjoying being part of their mission to "design cool stuff".My goal is to keep working in creative jobs that challenge me, push me to improve my current skills and give me the opportunity to learn new ones.Specialties: mechanical engineering, mechanical design, sketching ideas and then building them by hand and in CAD, and getting excited about seemingly inane mechanical features that the average person takes for granted.
