The latest deliverable included three separate pieces of software, the Library Builder, Library Comparison Tool, and the CTC developed TacMobile ALR-95(V)2 Library Editor. In addition, he supports the development of the Library Production Tools to support creation of the Small World Threat Data Library (SWTDL) using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and MATLAB. In this role he is responsible for assisting with conceptual software design and requirements development.

Mr. Allison served as the PMt for the Video Distribution Controller (VDC) Emulator software for the ALR-95 ESM Library Program Test Lab. The VDC Emulator software was an internal .NET effort to develop software which controls the hardware interface to a signal processor in a testing scenario. In this role, Mr. Allison was responsible for overseeing software design, requirements management, schedule, and quality control of the product.Mr. Allison also served as the Software Tech Lead for the delivery and development of TSCELE 1.0 under Delivery Order 003 of the Tactical Support Center (TSC) Program. In this role he was responsible for documentation, assisting with tasking and schedule, and general software support. Mr. Allison served as the Software Tech Lead for the Library Creation Prototype Tools that included software design, implementation, and testing tasks. In this role he provided systems engineering support to tailor the software to a set of characteristics defining a target system as well as aid in defining and understanding the characteristics of the target system.
