Responsible for equity and banking relationships, financial management and reporting, cash and treasury management, policies and procedures, securitization servicing and compliance, audit and taxes, strategic direction, customer and manufacturer relationships, management of all employees (except Sales), legal, human resources, IT, office and facilities.

Closed 3 Asset-backed securitization deals totaling $45M.
