System Administrator And Support Supervisor
Current- Administer and maintain systems and security for the corporate network spanning nine locations and remote team members;- Lead engineer and project manager for company-wide migration to identity management and SAML SSO integration via JumpCloud;- Project lead and engineer for company-wide file migration from multiple on-prem file servers to cloud-based solution;- Deploy and maintain networks and DC's in the corporate office, as well as seven manufacturing, shipping, and customer service centers nationwide, ensuring all information is readily available to all departments and employees;- Maintain key technologies and features, including Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers, and AD/Office365/Exchange synchronization;- Administer our company-wide file servers and resource access, including creating, issuing and rescinding permissions to assets as needed;- Design, deploy, and administer file storage and backup via a variety of Synology NAS devices deployed in multiple corporate locations;- Build, administer, and maintain a variety of both on-site and cloud-based wireless networks in multiple facility locations;- Full VOIP deployment and administration - including a company-wide migration from MiTel to RingCentral;- Lead administrator of corporate Microsoft 365 suite, including both on and off-prep AD instances, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc;- Oversee and offer end-user support (over 200 credentialed users) for all company hardware and workstations, in a multiple-OS environment, as well as in a variety of applications (both local and virtual). These include Citrix Receiver, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Vantage Point EDI, Qlikview, VMWare, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Cisco, RingCentral, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more;- Ensure applications and licenses (including the license server) are up-to-date and in order;- Monitor the network for any and all potential threats;- Lead on the training and education of all new support team hires
