Led team that improved overall client satisfaction ratings from "poor" to "excellent" within 6 months, and executed marketing strategy resulting in over $100,000 in unanticipated profits.Project Manager, Showscan’s "CineMania" ("Emaginator") Motion Simulation Theatre, Los Angeles (1992 to 1994): Managed 18-month, $3 million joint venture with MCA/Universal Studios. Oversaw project from start-up and strategic planning phase through conceptual and architectural design development, construction, installation and grand opening.

For this Los Angeles-based theme park design and production company, oversaw a variety of high-level projects from concept and design development through fabrication, installation and public opening. Responsible for project staffing, scheduling, budgeting, operations, and administration. Key projects included: China Folk Culture Village’s "Animals" (Shenzhen, China); Knotts Berry Farm's "Dinosaurs" (Buena Park, CA); Pacific Science Center’s "Whales" (Seattle, WA); and Yaohan Plaza’s "Clock Tower" (Little Tokyo/LA, CA).
