Collect the franchisee fees and other moneys due from the applicant. • Schedule comprehensive franchisee training with Franchise Training Specialist and monitor each applicant’s progress throughout the training period. • Ensure store is ready for changeover for the new franchisee with regard to maintenance, image and merchandising. • Develop annual sales plan and budgets for stores in assigned area. • Assist in the development of new/revised procedures for franchisee qualification process. • Record the appropriate information and tracks applicants through Franchise Analysis System (FAS).
