Senior engineering supervisor during nuclear power plant initial physics testing, start-up, and power operations. Completed all testing safely, on time, and with zero personnel or procedural errors. Conducted program audits, operator and supervisor training, and certified personnel for power plant operations, maintenance and supervision.
