I was responsible for developing new and creative strategies to grow the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Justice (DOJ) accounts.Through my efforts to develop a world-class team and high-value capabilities that expanded into the commercial space, I was able to grow my portfolio by 200% between 2006 and 2012 and was a significant reason for the purchase of Kadix by DRC in 2008. This success was accomplished through maximizing Kadix's existing management consulting capabilities as well as establishing new practices around cyber security and enterprise architecture. Ultimately, the portfolio grew to $42M annual contract value with an overall value of $146M.

I was responsible for winning and managing the relationship with some of Vangent's largest clients including the Department of Education (ED). My efforts included supporting the capture of an $800M IT modernization and operations program. In execution, I lead a team of 250 resources and a P&L of $200M to develop innovative new technologies and solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of financial systems and call center operations that support U.S. post-secondary student consumers.
