Involved in all aspects of the product development cycle for over 75 complete bicycles and aftermarket parts for road and BMX bicycle product lines. Responsible for all daily communication with over 35 international suppliers and 5 assembly factories from the inception of the project to final production. Conducting international and domestic product presentations.

Involved in a start up of sports marketing company, Duties include soliciting pitching and negotiating sponsorship partnerships and sponsorship program management and developing championship BMX and freestyle bike sports teams.

Duties included staffing, scheduling and producing a world championship BMX bicycle racing team.
