We combine opinion data with online & offline behavioral data like active location tracking, retail store visit history and consumers’ online customer journey including searches, website visit history and Amazon purchases.Our consumer panel is first-party and proprietary to MFour. Our focus: Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights and Ad Effectiveness.

I was instrumental in introducing online sampling to the firm.

ERS was known for conducting language of choice interviewing in real time for an accurate representation of today's America.
