I have always had a passion for technology, how it can be used to solve complex business problems and meet business goals. I have been able to leverage this passion and provide a high-level of impact through participating in more than 100 M&A due diligence projects and leading more than 20 large strategy and roadmap, technology assessment and strategy development, carve-out, and IT modernization projects. I am someone who works well with IT and business groups to create and align a technology strategy with business needs. With the ability to meet tight deadlines and keep multi-million-dollar projects within budget, I also have a keen desire, energy, and capability to challenge and mentor teams to meet their own personal growth and career goals.In addition to providing great client work, I have had the opportunity to lead numerous internal practice development initiatives and outward facing business development proposals at West Monroe. My primary focus is on Technology Strategy and business alignment, but I also lead West Monroe’s point-of-view on DevOps, managed the creation of a cybersecurity advisory program, and owned portions of our cloud strategy offering.Outside of delivery, I also have a passion for people, culture, and giving back. I bring an energy and down-to-earth attitude that many people find rewarding and infectious. I’m conscious of the team’s capabilities and attitude to determine areas of coaching and growth. Across my career, my passions have been applied to many industries, including professional services, financial services, healthcare, industrial products, and retail—with more to come.
