PresidentCbbc Llc May 2016 - May 2022CBBC LLC was formed in 2016 to purchase and restore a 65 year old Tennessee company in the live fishing bait business. The previous owners had run the business remotely and spent little on upkeep the ten years preceding our purchase. We spent a lot of time and resources cleaning up the neglected campus, including removal of an amazing quantity of scrap metal - over 20,000 lbs!We were able to bring the company back from the dead and expanded into several new areas of the fishing business including selling fishing tackle, self-transport of baitfish from Arkansas, providing adult catfish to paylakes, and processing bulk nightcrawlers from Canada into finished products of cases of cupped worms for retail sale. The nightcrawlers were provided to other wholesale distributors throughout the southeastern U.S. The results of our efforts are a significant increase in revenues and doubling customer counts prior to selling the operations portion of the business in 2019. In 2022 we wound the company down.
