Provided hospitality operations management for Marlboro Team Penske CART and Indy Car Series racing events, hosting approximately 1,500 guests weekly at venues held throughout the U.S. Provided hospitality operations for promotional racing schools training 50 people over three-day period and promotional hot lap program giving rides to over 2,500 participants over a seven day period. • Site-Inspections for future promotional programs• Execute programs in new markets.• Set up and tear down hospitality centers, ensure security of VIP guests, arrange flights, lodging and ground transportation for staff members, purchase supplies, maintain equipment, oversee food and beverage operation. • Manage cross-functional crew of 70, including chefs, security staff, electricians, hospitality team, etc.; pre-hire part-time employees prior to arriving at new venue /event. • Coordinate transporters from venue to venue.• Manage operational budget.
