Subsequently taking carriage of a strategic refresh, and execution of $650 million in investments across multiple transformational acquisitions and developments.Additional highlights:• 2023: Leadership of the $340 million acquisition of US-based Baltimore Scrap.• 2021: Executed an efficiency program delivering $20 million in cost outs, helping increase return on assets by 36% from FY18 to FY22.• 2018: Led the NZ$42 million acquisition of Sims Pacific Metals on attractive terms, which was immediately earnings accretive.• 2016: Critical counsel to the Board of Directors following a strike on remuneration, managing proxy advisors and investors to return to support on all resolutions.• 2014: Key advisor to the CEO on a five-year strategy to restructure the business, reduce costs, and grow revenue, resulting in an EBIT improvement of 316% over FY13 to FY18.• 2007-2012: Equity research stock coverage of ASX listed companies across five sectors, with a total market cap of more than $200 billion.• 2006: Established ABN AMRO Bank's inaugural SOX compliance, leading group management for the North America and Asia regions with total risk-weighted assets of €90 billion.• 2004: Transitioned accounting functions, from 14 business divisions across Europe, to a new shared service center in the Netherlands, reducing labour costs by 35%.
