With 26 years experience in Telecommunications, I've worked in most aspects of the industry. As a network engineer at a smaller carrier (Grande Communications), I was able to be a part of numerous integration and automation projects, all areas and equipment in signaling and transport, least cost routing models and implementation, product development, testing, and new product deployments. Prior to joining Grande Communications, I worked in a NOC while in the military, and a call center during my time at Jeweler's National Bank. I have experience with database administration, IVR's, inbound/outbound call managers, and some scripting/software development.
